How do I transition from the military to the
civilian workforce? Consider the
following:
 Sergeant Thomas is separating from
active military duty after a successful 14 year career. He believes
he has many marketable skills which would be applicable in the
civilian workforce. However
, he has
never had to create a professional resume or even apply for
employment. He is not sure how to begin.
Julie and her two children have transferred
with her military spouse six times over a 20 year period. Although
educated and previously employed, she has stayed at home with the
children for the last fifteen years. She is now ready to return to a
full time job!
Since 2004, Life Transitions has provided job and career
